Building body through pushups?!


Question: if all i do is "pushups" nothing else

like 15 x 25 throughout the day .. like 25 pushups .. 15 times throughout the day ..

would i see results ..

of course...pushups basically build most of the upper body muscles....so yes, in that region you would see a difference
but still, you have to do this for a couple weeks to actually see permanent results

When doing push-ups to target as many muscles as you could I have a simple but EXTREMELY effective technique.

In your room or where ever you work out simply mark tape where your hands are placed when you do a regular push up. Do 5 to begin with, then move your hand forward one space and do 5 push ups. Work your way around until your back at the top. If still not tired continue.

This is great because the same exercise simply adjusted works all different muscles. Further apart works more chest, closer work more arms (biceps, triceps).

Hope it works any further explanation just ask.

You would see results, but I wouldn't recommend doing them 15 times a day. That would just overtrain. Maybe twice at the most, and take a couple days off in between to let your muscles heal as needed.
