First of all.....girls do not like big muscular guys. It's a myth. Just as us girls believe we have to be stick thin to be attractive. Yet another myth...None of it is true. What can make you attractive is your health. If you eat well and exercise (running is really good)...you will look lean and toned, which to us girls is very attractive. So.....
If I were you I would stop with the weight gain. Start exercising and doing weights. Get a personal trainer to help you get started. Once you're on your way you can probably continue on your own. With a regime like this you will burn the unnecessary fat, will gain muscle and look great for summer.
I don't think it is possible for your muscle or whatever to 'GO' to another part of the body. Once you're exercising it will all just sort itself out. Your body will burn fat from all parts, and gain muscle in all the parts.
This is the best thing you can do for you and for your image.
Hope that helps. Good luck!
