Skinny with big stomach ...?!
Question: how many of u are like this .. if i let my stomach go .it looks like i am pregnant .. no joke ... i am kind of skinny 180 pound 6ft .. but hav big stomach .. i want to get rid of the weight in stomach but not get skinny
what excercises are best to do .. plus i want to build bigger triceps .. right now i got flab for triceps
my arms are pretty big for being my size .. they are not toned ..they are just fat

I lost from 220-164 in about a year. This was my routine.
Go to the weight room after school everyday.
First: Run 1 mile ( make sure to do a slow warm up lap first, then a cool down lap at the end and stretch before and after!)
Second: Work out the rest of the time until an hour is complete, including your running time
Excercises i did: Sit ups
Bench Press
Dumbell Bench
Dumbell Curls
Leg extensions
Squats
Preacher curls
(Just do what you think you need work on)
Do this every single day that you can ( i did except for sundays since it was closed)
Important part is cardio! make sure you do that mile!
