CHEST. You need more meat on your chest.

As for your abs, they're frustrating to look at because I can tell they're perfectly flat and formed under that thin layer of fat.

Here's what you do: Do a few weeks of a "bulk phase," focusing on building your chest (and any other muscles you feel are smaller than they should be). Eat more calories than you burn during this time, otherwise your target muscles won't get bigger. Lift high weight and low reps (8-6-4 reps, for example). Eat 1 part protein and 2 parts carbs (I know that sounds weird, but you actually need more carbs when you're trying to bulk. The glycogen carries the protein to your muscles). Eat immediately before working out and immediately after. Then take a week off from the gym to rest.

After the week, switch to a "cut phase." Eat LESS calories than you take in. Switch your carb-to-protein ratio, meaning eat more protein than carbs. Don't eat 3 hours before working out, or an hour after. Focus more on cardio, like running or swimming, but still go to the gym. During the cut phase, you should focus on your muscles that are already big, and use them to burn calories rather than build muscle. So if you have big thighs, for example, do lots of thigh exercises during the cut phase. Lift lighter weights for more reps (12-10-8 reps, for example).

Now, you're gonna gain both muscle and fat during the bulk phase, and you're gonna lose both muscle and fat during the cut phase. But your diet and exercise will make it so that you MOSTLY gain muscle during the bulk phase, and MOSTLY lose fat during the cut phase. You'll end up with a bigger chest and better abs when it's over.

Your chest, abs, obliques.

You're not fat, your body looks good. I, myself prefer big guys...not so much buff but in the 6'0+, 220lbs range

Yes it does, but if you want perfection- lower abs and upper chest. Bulk up the arms (it's always a plus)

You could definitely work on your BRAIN.

You're body looks fine. No more muscle. You are not fat.

If you want to make the most of the way your body looks right now (which is perfect) then work on tone. When you tone, it makes the muscles you already have stand out more. It also gives you a lean, ripped look.

Men think that pilates is for girls, but it's not. Pilates will help you tone your body and gain strength, not mass. Plus, you'll feel better, too.

You look fine. You're not fat. Who am I to decide if you should gain more muscle? That's up to you entirely. If you want to gain more muscle, go for it.

I think you look fine. I think everyone could always use some mroe muscle in the abs, but other wise your body looks good.

youre not fat
you actually have a REALLY hot body
whats your number
hahah jk...but anyways you need some more muscle in the stomach area so that your abs are more defined

You definitely aren't fat, you have a pretty typical build. I'm big in to body building, so I personally think you could bulk up a little bit. Obviously you would have to work every area to increase your muscles mass nicely (upper AND lower body, abs). You could easily do a total body work out three times a week to add some muscle and appear slimmer. Personally, I don't feel achieving a six-pack is anything to worry about. 95% of people don't have the right genetics to have good abs. But with some hard work your could boost the size of your chest, shoulders, and back, which would make you look bigger and slimmer at the same time.
