Size 10 lose weight?!
Question: Hi...I am a size 10.
I am 13 and people at school call me and my mate fat. I'd really like to become a size 6, as seeing as that's what the boys at my school call "perfect."
Anyway, please don't reply and be mean or anything.
Can someone tell me roughly how long it'd take if i worked out for one hour a day and ate the right stuff? Can someone tell me what i need to eat and what exercises i need to do? thanks x

Do you mean UK sizes? Because that's just crazy, the people at your school are nuts.
Size 6 is tiny and if you don't have the bone structure to be that small you will look ill.
The boys at your school think they are supposed to like skinny girls because of the media, but when they get a little older and start thinking for themselves they will realise what they really like are girls with some curves and that size 10 is perfect.
Be strong and don't give in to the pressure.
when i was 13 i was a size 10 too! but then i went threw heck, my mom made me do cross country.....i gained weight but went down a size...... im now 14, and have changed my way of eating and on a journey to get a barely visible six pack
yes you will lose weight.........but drink lots of water.....water carries away fat
