jumping rope is more aerobic so will burn more fat. Walk, walk, walk, and walk some more. Also, stop eating bread, rice and pasta of any sort. instead, have high protien foods like eggs, tuna and yoghurt. It will knock of the kgs quickly.

Jump rope is an intense workout, moreso than doing situps because you're using more muscles.

The problem with jump rope is it is very hard on the knees, and if you're overweight, it may not be a good idea.

I would try walking or a stationary bike (or, an actual bike if you've got one), eliptical machine etc. Activities that give you a good cardio workout and burn fat without pounding your joints to a pulp.

i am currently training to be a personal trainer
ill tell you when you first start you are going to want to give up please dont keep going thats just i wanted to say first

jump rope is very effective

when you do sit up make sure that you dont go all the way up
it feels stupid but it helps if you pull your self all the way up you give you abb muscles a chance to rest aswell if you go all the way down

exercise bike is a good one too
when using that make sure you have a watch or stop watch with you
go medium speed when first starting and every minute that goes peddel really fast for 10 secs and then go back to normal confortble speed

make sure you always have a friend with you

1. so they keep you motived
2. so they keep you company
3. incase you injurge your self and need help

exercise can be fun
just remember you dont have to be in one certen place to exercise

at the gym
at home inside (you can do sit ups ect...)
outside (go for a run jump rope ect..)

do you know what the beep test is?
if not search it download it
do the beep test

record how many sit ups you can do

on the tredmil how far you can go

after 3 weeks try this again
it makes you feel good to know that you have improved
even if its a little bit
