go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times.
Every week add to the number of repetitions.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

workout 4 hours a day...the ppl on biggest loser did and they lost 10 lbs a week!!!

Eat fewer calories on your "break" then you usually do

Yeah NY is right a low carb diet is the key to weight loss. The only answer to abs is exercise - darn it all! LOL! Crunches will help.

things take time , you can't just say i want ab's and they just appear.Don't get me wrong they are easliy attined with a stricrt diet & workout routine.But in a week no way.I can give you a good workout plan and tips on your diet.

HARD WORK+TIME=GREAT RESULT'S
1.lose a about 10 lbs, you can do this through cardio(research)
2.best way to put on muscle is to work out 3 times a week no more!. working out actually break's up your muscle, giving it this time to heal will help speed it up and give you better muscles at the end.
3.set and reps(common words in workout land)s
rep=repititations
sets=a full set of reps e.g i do 2 sets wiht 100 reps.
4.food.
cardio=low fat high carbs
workout=meduim fat, meduim carbs+high protein
5.workout days 3 times a week
monday,wednesday,saturday


=====work out plan================(after 10 lbs is gone)
monday=2 sets of 60 reps.(eat protein afterwards)
wednesday=2 sets of 60 reps || || ||
saturday=2 sets of 60 reps || || ||

continue to add 5 reps each week to both sets,you could see some results during the week but nothing to jump about.

don't attempt to do work out pla nbefore lossing the weight speified.this will concure a large red line across your stomach that will stay wiht you for 4 mouths.

Do 100 sit up everyday then stretch backwards go for runs and walk up stairs instead of taking lifts =D
