well there is an exponential curve you must know. for me, when my season in cycling ends I lose about 10 pounds in muscle mass, then gain 10 in fat from the winter, when my season starts again I lose the 10 in fat, but gain it back in the summer.

if you change into a weight regiment your going to be fluctuating
weight for a little while and you shouldn't be staring at the scale right away because it will vary.

get into your program for a few weeks strictly than you will see gradual results.

really I don't know if it was you who thumbs downed me or someone else, but I gave you great advice and I hope you listened. I rode 4,000 miles last year and got in great shape so I know what I am talking about.

muscle weighs 4 x more than fat( if you take the same amount of each sizewise)
you start lifting weights and you'll start loosing size but you will weigh the same on the scale because you're building muscle

Take your daily vitamins. Also, if you go to a local vitamins shop, they have a powder supplement, I don't know what it is called, but its usually chocolate flavored and it has huge shiny buff guy on the front. Take the supplement as directed before lifting weights, or doing other muscle building activities.
