How to make my butt look good in spandex?!


Question: I'm a volleyball player, therefore I have to wear spandex all the time. Well, right now, its the off season, but my butt is so flabby (especially on the sides) and gross! What can I do to make my butt look good in spandex? Please don't say squats, I can't do them. I don't konw why. Just squats, I'm open to other things. Any ideas?

Exercises such as leg press, leg extensions and leg curls will easily help your legs look better in spandex. They are probably some of the simplest exercises and a lot less straining than squats.

I have been running on the treadmill, half an hour everyday...it's working GREAT not only for getting rid of that extra chub...BUT especially for toning all over my lower body....you won't get INSTANT results....but its been 2 1/2 weeks for me and the change is fantastic!!!!! its like a different butt! haha

Try leg curls at the gym

okay i won't say squats but they are the best way ;)

how about lunges? running and walking will also help.

Lunges, running, stair climbing, squat jumps, side lunges.
