Is this healthy or a problem?!

Question: Alright, ever since losing my six pack, and im by no means fat, I still have a four pack. I have became obsessed with working out trying to get it back. I eat really healthy and a normal diet with high protein. My problem or I think its a problem is im obsessed. Like this evening my girlfriend bought me some chocolate covered strawberrys for valentines day and I had one when I got home and spit it out, not bc it didn't taste good, but because I was afraid it would set me back in my goals. Lemme know what you think. Is this a problem or is it normal?

my sister had an eating disorder ( not saying you have an eating disorder) and before it started she developed this fixation that anything like chocolate was going to make her fat. In reality to have a balanced diet you need to have the occasional treat... so yeah i think you need this may be a problem. your goals aren't going to be sent back with one little treat. i hope that helped =)

uh...is this a test?

*runs away*

maybe. may come an obsession. try work out for about half hour a day? twice a day

Methinks you already know the answer........................

You have a problem and from what you have said, it has nothing to do with your body

Look in the Yellow Pages under" Mental Health" and make a few phone calls and get an appointment to talk to someone

You will be glad that you did -- I am speaking from personal experience

It is a bit obsessive, but as long as you are eating enough to sustain your exercise, you will be fine. If you are having food aversions and not eating properly then you could head towards annorexia.

Make sure you eat a balanced diet, 3 meals a day. Remember your body needs fat- all your cells in your body need fat to survive. If you are doing a lot of exerise fats are the second best energy source, the best is carbohydrates.

Remember- exercise may improve muscle tone, but you need to eat properly or you'll just whither away to nothing.
Good luck and stay healthy.

I have lost 100lbs simply by eating right and exercising. Yes - I would say I was obsessed with it. I would say reaching my goal was more important to me than any chocolate covered strawberry.

People wonder how I did what I have done - and I'll tell ya... you gotta be focused! You gotta be a little obsessed, a little crazy... but in the end, you'll get that 6 pack back and BOY will it feel GREAT!! :) :)

man i wish i did that when i ate sweets, damn i would be at my weight goal long time ago

YES, it does sound as if you are obsessed! However, there are far worse things to be obsessed with. As long as it doesn't interfere with you life or your health or any future relationships, indulge!
