Diet help again?!

You probably know what is unhealthy, the trick is to stay away from it! On your dinner plate there should be half vegs, 1 quarter protein and 1 quarter carbohydrates. Carbs=pasta, rice, potatoes,parsnips, peas, beans, lentils etc. Veg=self explanatory, protein=fish, meat, cheese etc. Up your walking pace and try to do an extra mile, up hill and down, not all on the flat. You should be slightly out of puff but not totally breathless. Any chance of you swimming?It works a different part of the body, also yoga, good for strengthening muscles.

i dont really understand the whole percentage thing either. they are only guid lines.

i think you are meant to eat per meal about your fist size of protein. the majority of the food on your plate should be carbohydrates and vegetables

drink alot of water if your planning on losing weight

you should live off meals like Salad, 2 hard boiled eggs a day (it's what adrian broody did to loose weight in the pianist), plenty of fruit and vegtables, and low calorie food.
