well, that depends on your present body condition, and also your genetic somatatype! However, weight training increases your Basal Metabolic Rate so somatatypes can be taken with a tiny pinch of salt

Depends on how much you exercise, how hard you exercise, your diet, and how you exercise. And your definition of buff. At your rate it's sounds like it will take a few more months for really noticable results

Well I can't tell you exactly how long it will take, but I can tell you that you shouldn't expect for it to happen fast. At all. If you are expecting huge results within a couple months then I'm sorry, but you would be wrong. You will definitely see big improvements, don't get me wrong, but depending on where your body is right now, you just need to be ready to go, and go, and keep going regularly. It happens over a long time. Keep up the good work and it will happen!
