I lost 12 pounds these past 2 weeks doing this but eventually will only be losing 2 pounds a week. To me 8 pounds a month is nice and you're not KILLING yourself to do it. I eat EVERYTHING I want... just with portion control.

Dring water only, or at least drinks with very few calories. Make sure you watch what you eat, eat about 1200 calories a day and run 2 miles as well as push ups and situps. Makes sure to drink at least your weight in oz. devided by 2 in water a day. That is the minimum your body needs to work. Hope you can do it, just make sure you do not starve yourself, because if you do that then when you start to eat again all the weight you lost plus some will be added on.

lots and lots of tahitian noni juice and gallons of water beware of toilet woes LOL. Good luck. you maybe able to lose up to 20lbs or more in a month. Even if you don't like it eat plenty of oatmeal even when you are not hungy it will stop you from craving or wanting to binge on something sugary or salty. Eat nothing but vegetables and fruit. No meats. How much do you need to lose?

You should have thought about that 3 months ago. You probably want to lose more than you'll be able to so don't bother. Do it for good not just for a month. That way you won't have to worry about it again the next time something important comes up.
Exercise and a healthy diet. That is the only true and effective way to lose weight.
