What is some ways for a teen to lose a couple pounds?!

Eat less

get a gym membership..or join your neighborhood YMCA....swimming helps

...Exercise...that would be a good start.

ummm... i like to walk and do yoga, and not eat crap for a few weeks.

eat more big macs of course...

cut down on the snacks. and jog some.

Exercise. And this may sound really weird, but condiser your surroundings. I always told everyone I dont what it was but something about my school, made me depressed.And now I have been out of school for a month and lost 4 pounds.

I will use your own sentense to answer you. For a teen to lose a couple of pounds you should behave like a teen.

What do teens do?
Play games, get together with friends and do stuff, go out in the street run around, skate, roller blade, go to movies, climb a tree, etc. Be active.

Think about it and I am sure it will make sense to you. And remember, when you are doing stuff, you are too excited or focused on what you are doing and you are NOT thinking or eating food.

just eat healthy food and walk atleast 5 days a week for some 30 whole mins or 10 mins for three times a day, or even 15 mins for two times

dont try to loose ur withts suddenly . do exercise and lmit ur callory intake of ur deight thats the best way to maintain ur self and ur weight

Eat 500 calories a day less than before, till your full ofcourse.
But not under 1200!

Eat healthier, drink more water, about 8 glasess a day,

Turn on the music player and dance awaaaay :)

Or try swimming, any excersise, remember 30 mins a excersise a day.

Never skip breakfast, make it your best meal.

Cut out fat from your diet and voilas !

don't b/c during ur teen years u lose and gain weight often. u'll be fine

eat small meals frequently - this will help burn fat due to energy required to digest food.

supplying your body with food after exercise is also good because your body wont feel the need to store energy as fat due to the abundance of it entering the body frequently.

keep away from mcdonalds, kfc, burger king, etc

eat lots of wholegrain breads, nuts, fruit, vegetables, lean meat (grilled chicken, tuna) etc.

Do u like running? good get into your runners find a long cycle track, take someone with u and run for your life but steadily, Move your arms up and down vigorously while running to help sweat, but build it up gradually from 500 yards so on. If u can do track training its very fit and healthy, footballers are trained by the method. Swimming is good but u too need to change the food, look at more green stuff and no salamis, sausage or take aways and be committed otherwise consult Jenny Craig
