It causes you to be fuller and eat less.
But so can eating an orange, veggies with your meal a salad before the main course of dinner ect..
That part is true, there is no real "magic" for weight loss, if there was EVERYONE would be doing it. The acids in the fruit MAY help speed things up and digest fats ect.
Eat Healthy, Use Common Sense, Work Out ect.
I suggest having a small dinner salad with a none creamy dressing BEFORE eating the "main course" of yoru dinner.
Its better to mix the veggies n fruits n nuts rather than having the same thing every day...
