fitday.com keeps track of weight and food. a little time consuming, but worth it
www.glamour.com check out the fitness section, they have everything if you sign up (its free) including a weight tracker
i believe health.com does too

It becomes routine after a while..just remember to record everything you eat (as close as you can) and record your exercises too!! They use the info to create different charts etc to show your progress!!
