Anorexia...?!
Question: im 14 5'5, an i weigh 86lbs.
i eat 1 meal a day (at a push)
i always feel ill (Like keep going dizzy, blacking out and jus being really tired)
my periods are irregual(ish)
if i eat i feel gulity afterwards
i say im fat
does this sound like i have anorexia

Oh dear. Rather than asking us, you need to ask your doctor. Based on my own experience (I'm a recovered bulimic), I'd say yes; or at least you are heading that way. Check out

i would say you need to see a counselor or family doctor.

see i am not a doc but i can surely say that it is most likely that you have annorexia.
the other possibility is that you really dislike eating food if thats the case consult a doc he should help
