What if you don't fit in;
what if you've gotten slow;

what if you're confined
what if ......................... nothing is expected of you

Health problems: dizziness, heart pounding, head aches, limbs tingling.

I have to lose weight and modify my food habit.

VERY tough to do because I CRAVE food a lot.

I got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I realized that I needed to do something, because I refuse to get to the point where I have to take insulin injections. That is an eye opener!

Seeing myself naked in the mirror going in and out of the shower.

When I got to double figures on the scales.
And not fitting into my jeans.

well i just looked in a mirrow one day
and i saw fat :(
but hopefully now my diet will make me
toned and much more healthier & slim

Dunlop syndrome....you know...when your gut dun lop over your belt.

now that i'm expecting to be a dad, i want to be as healthy as i can be so i can be around long enough to see the little guy grow up

When I would go out I would see other gals in cute outfits and I knew that I could never wear them let alone find them in my size. I just went home and took a good look at myself and also looked at some pictures and that did it for me.

i had a crush on a guy at school
being the last one to run the mile in my gym class
wanting to fit on clothes that showed my body

Thinking why I couldn't take off my t-shirt at a swimming pool, or beach. Looking at my man boobs stick out.

Looking at toned people on the internet, feeling 'weird'. Got motivated, got super motivated, got obsessed.

Am obsessed, am smart, making the right moves, losing 1-2 pounds a week. Losing it right. ELIMINATED fat, fried, carbs, fruit, sugar etc...obsessed?

Yes, but smart, saving myself from the future, we only got 1 life, make it good. Be toned, that you can take off your t-shirt at a pool or beach, or the boys changing room.

There were a lot of the common factors for losing weight such as clothes fitting better, a vacation, etc...but the main reason was because I felt very unhappy with myself not because of the exterior but the interior I felt tired all the time, I was always really moody, and i just never ever wanted to get up and do anything that required any effort...
Plus when I started to work out it made a lot of my anxiety and depression issues subside.
