EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid ) is an Omega-3 fatty acid usually found in fatty fish like Cod, Salmon, Mackerel, etc.

Cod Liver Oil is made from the liver of the fish Cod and it contains EPA. Liver oils are not recommended as they contain execesive amounts of Vitamin A. Regular fish oils don't have this problem.

Fish oils have both EPA and DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid ). Manufacturers make some oils which have a higher concentration of EPA (called EPA oils) or DHA (called DHA oils).

DA LIVER

fish livers,thus the name

literally, liver of cod
