Quick and easy way to lose weight?!


Question: I have this friend (yes, I know; now your all thinking its me, but no, it's true) she's around 174cm tall and 120kgs (I don't know how many lbs that is). She is very uncomfortable with her size, and won;t go out anywhere unless it's school or a secluded social event (eg; just people she knows) I've been trying to motivate her to get out and about, to try new things, but she's too self-concious. She does want to lose the extra weight and I wanted to know the best way to help her do so. (Also, she doesn't eat much, so when she does it all gets stored as fat as her metabolism is slow. Should she eat more regualarly?? (healthy food of course))

That's 264 pounds. Sorry I like to convert the measurements.
She should eat 5-6 small meals a day. Drink a lot of water.
Walk half an hour to an hour a few days a week.
Do some stomach crunches, weightlifting, etc.

She should start off slow and then gradually add more time to her exercising. That is if she doesn't usually exercise as her body won't be used to the sudden change.

cut down on food anytime you wanna snack cause your bored smoke a cigeret and walk alot thats what i do and i lost 60 pounds in 4 months

there are many ways to lose weight but time is important. the last thing ur friend need is to loose weight quickly then gain it all back very fast and that wat happens most of time
my advise, eat brown bread and stay away from all fizzy drinks. if u search on the net, u will find a diet where the main ingredient is water uptake.
be aware that, before dieting, u must solve her confidence ssiues because no diet can solve it and she may never be satisfied even after she loses weight.
liposectuctio, don't think about it because then ur skin cannot stretch or something . best way is drink lots of water, exercises and if she is uncomfortable about going to exercises, then go with her and i guess walking one hour daily should do it with some healthy balanced diet where she can eat all what she wants but in reasonable quantities. good luck

A very simple solution for ur problem is just get a glass of lil warm water with squeeze lemon into it, mingle it well and then take in the morning when u wake up. remember don eat or drink anything before taking that.
one of my collegue got tremendous result by using this mathod.

The key is: Diet Diet Diet, then exercise:

You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Also add more fiber. The fiber and protein will fill you up, helping you to cut down on your unhealthy eating. Also by eating more than 3 meals spread out through the day you will kick your metabolism in high gear. Here is a general meal for a day:

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
whole wheat toast
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Cottage Cheese with veggie

Lunch: Turkey, lettuce, tomato, whole wheat bread sandwich
1/2 cup fruit

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Turkey Burger ( no bun )
Side of brown rice
Side of Broc.




Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your fat burn. Cardio can be a sport: basketball, soccer, football, anything with losts of movement. Golf is a no no.

So Example :

Monday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday - 1 hour lifting
Wednesday - Rest
Thrusday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday - 1 hour lifting
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
