Dieting and fitnessing...how long to lose weight?!


Question: okay so i am not fat. but i dont have a flat stomache which i want. i have some love handles have too. so i only need to lose like 8 pounds. but its really hard! i excercise usually 6 times a week. an hour and 20 minutes of running through out my day . around 200 crunches throughout the day. and i have an intake of about 1500 calories. i eat healthy! i eat oatmeal or honey bunches of oats for breakfast. granoal bar for snack. wheat sanwhich for lunch. and dinner usually around 400-500 calories. with my dieting and exercising, how long will it take for me to lose weight. i noticed i lost it in my weight and *** but thats not where i wanted to lose it.

Trade the granola bar for fruit and yogurt. Aim for 5-9 veggies and fruits per day. Switch to all whole grains if you haven't. Expect about 1lb per week if you want to keepit off. Also, you make change fat into muscle and not lose lbs, but you will look more fit. Depending on how much you weight and how tall you are, find out how many calories you should be eating to lose. I have to eat 1100-1300, but I am 112 and 5ft 2. Good job on the exercising!

i think u should add weights. the gym has excellent machines that work the abdomin. i think if u start now by june u will be wearing a teeny weeny bikini.
