I sit in front of the lap top more than 12 hours daily for the job. Any health p!


Question: I wouldn't say any major health problem but I would say that your eyes will start to hurt because your on the computer for more then half a day.. which might also cause you to wear glasses and the fact that you'll gain weight so much. That's all. To avoid it, I suggest you to walk around as much as you can, when you can. Take almost every break you can get. Also, make sure what your eating is healthy. If your sitting down for more than 12 hours a day, eating Burger King for breakfast or lunch doesn't sound too good. Good luck!

u have to relax for some time
continuously if u sit ur eye will get problem
ur brain will affect
u will get mad
u will go for tasmac ( wine shop ) for relax
so please avoid

what kind of job do you have?

You're supposed to look away from a laptop for 20 seconds every 20 minutes to prevent eye strains.

And also, lean back in the chair. Usually people on laptops remain hunched over, and this can cause back/neck problems. Nothing serious, but strains and soreness can occur.

And also, every two hours or so, get up for a minute. Take a walk, stretch out. You need to keep your blood flowing.

keep your wrists straight and watch out for carpotunel.

Your *** will get HUGE.

First over doing anything is not good for health. So 12 hours is not good atall. Secondly, if we keep on doing the same task, we get to tend to loss the Concentration and efficiency falls drastically..
Finally 12 hours in front of Laptop..
it affects your eyes, your neural network, your backbone, your brain, your habits..

yes.. u must take care of ur eyes and body gets dehydrated...so drink lot of fresh fruit juice & wash your eyes, take it off the computer every now n then.

This could many long term problems. I had a similar problem because I sat in front of a computer all day and was not moving around very much throughout the day. There is condition called blood pooling. It is where the blood basically stops moving in a certain part of the body and collects in that area. This happens a lot in truck drivers and people who have more sedintary lifestyles. Watch out for marks on your body that look like bruises, but don't go away.

u will be suffering frm survical problems soon.do take a 5 min break after every 2 hrs
