Is this a healthy amount of food for me?!


Question: I'm 13, 5'1 and about 90 pounds. I try and eat well and exercise, but I'm not trying to lose any weight at all. Does this sound like a good amount of food?
Breakfast:
-kashi cereal with sliced banana and strawberry and 1/2 cup milk
-100% orange juice
Snack
kashi granola bar
Lunch:
-2 slices of cheese pizza
Snack:
-apple
Then I exercised for 45 minutes, did some crunches, and did a lot of streches.
Snack:
-nonfat yogurt
Dinner
-small piece of meat
-side salad with italian
-green beans
-sweet potato
-homemade roll
Dessert
-small serving of light ice cream

I drank a lot of water today and also walked around at school. Is this okay for me right now? Thanks! :)

Sounds good to me. Really smart for a 13 year old! Good thinking. But don't lose any weight. You're on the verge of being too thin.

If you're not trying to lose weight then that diet should be fine. Dont try to lose weight cuz you're already thin enough. You should be above 95 lbs for your height.

Ya sorry but you are way too fat...your diet should be much healthier like without any pizza or ice cream.....at that age I was only eating oranges and tangerines and I weighed 89 lbs.

wow, this is like perfect. it has great variety. and eating pizza and ice cream is perfectly healthy as long as you dont eat it every day for every meal. :]
