Answers: a friend of mine wants to start useing them to get in better health.....

I use them when I have been enjoying food a little too much just to kick my metabolism back into high gear. But, I only use them for a short period of time and only for a few pounds. I wouldn't recommend them for long periods of time, but I don't think they are too bad as a short-term (emphasis here!!) supplement to get the weight loss off the ground. While doing that, your friend must be also be eating right and exercising so the weight loss can be maintained. Good luck!

It will make you lose weight short term, but the side effects are anxiety, light headedness, shaking,

I think the same as the first guy...you can go on them and ya they might make you lose weight but how realistic is it that it will stay off?...you cant take them forever!...and they arent healthy at all...i dont think you should depend on a pill that you can not take forever to lose weight....it just wont work....

I just eat whatever I want and im skinny, then sometimes I will have lost 5 pounds when i didn't do anything. I would just try walking for a while each day. That's what my dad did and he lost a'lot of weight.

Here's how to answer your own question with respect to any and every diet pill that is now on the market or ever will be on the market. If a truly effective diet pill came onto the market, you wouldn't be able to get it because it'd be sold out everywhere.

Most people who overeat don't do it out of hunger, so diet pills that curb appetite don't typically work. Diet pills that interfere w/digestion cause such delightful things as uncontrolled bowel activity - how attractive.

But, buff bodies from eating healthy foods, eating healthy portions and working out are far more attractive than someone with uncontrolled bowel activity.

no I have tried it. NOTHING. Here is the real scoop. The commercials for over-the-counter weight loss pills claim to have had the drug on trials. not true. to have the drug tested to see if it works costs a ton of money and takes years. At the end of the trial; if it works.... it will be a prescription.....if it does not work they can't sell the product at all. Therefore, the company lost all that time and money for the trial. It is so much easier for the companies to lie about clinical trials and just sell it over-the-counter. Clinical trials to these companies are done (if at all) on two people and those 2 people diet and exercise and would have really lost the same amount of weight anyway
