Inner / Outer thighs?!


Question: I do lots of walking and do my eliptical a lot. It all helps my butt by what about the "saddlebag" area??? I can't seem to trim that. What helps?

For outer thighs, lie on your side with both legs bent slightly at the knee. Rest your head on your arm. Slowly raise the top leg about 6 inches, then bring it back down. Do at least 24 of these on each side to start. Keep at it until your outer thigh starts to "burn" and try to do 10-15 more. Doing this every other day really helps!

or sit down ,slightly lift legs off ground and slowly open and close your legs. this will also get at you lower abs too.

try the thigh master. u know the one from the 80s that everybody thought was a sex thing lol what ev but rlly try it it rlly works.
