Hi, I am 21 years old and am 5'2" tall. Is there any way i can grow tal!

Question: Yoga, stretches (especially anything that involves working your back muscles and spine in a vertical direction). Cycling (riding a bike with a raised or elevated seat so that your feet can reach the pedals but you're still having to stretch your lower legs might actually work even after puberty). I've heard certain types of kicking methods, where you flex and extend your upper and lower legs have worked for some people. Additionally, make sure you sleep properly, for the required 8 hours and on a comfortable bed, b/c lack of proper sleep and/or unintended pressure on the spine/back can actually make you look shorter than you actually are. In fact, we all are losing height as the day progresses b/c we tend to be a bit taller in the morning than later on in the day.

This website has a lot more info on growing taller, especially after puberty. http://www.giantscientific.com/height_ga...

It also has links to additional websites that you might find useful. Try not to get too discouraged by some of the pessimistic posters on this site. If you really want to grow and are dedicated and motivated enough, I'm sure you can gain those one or two inches with a bit of hard work. Oh, and don't buy any of those supposed "grow taller" products they sell for a "reasonable price" on the net. Most, if not all of them, are scams and trust me, from personal experience, they don't work.

Not without magic.

I dont think so.Be satisfied with your height. Its all genetics. Please dont waste your money buying pills from internet. They dont work.Personal experience.Try stretching or something. It might add 1 inch may be.

no sorry

no, you grow during puberty. since you are obviously past puberty, there is no way you can, unless you wear padded shoes to make you look taller.

without medical procedures... no there isn't you have to live with you got.
But there is a procedure, where they break your bones, put braces around your legs, and everyday you turn the knobs to force your bones further apart, the bone fills in between the gap, and when they are all healed and the braces taken off, you'll be taller.
I doubt a doctor would do it for only cosmetic reasons though, its also very painful.

sometimes stretching your back, try yoga for a while.

Heels can always make you taller

after the year of 18 only your bones grow. that may be either in length or breadth wise.
Chances are there do stress release exercise and stay focused. You can go good.

plattform shoes.

Id encourage you to be happier having the advantages of being optionally tall or short. Tall people cant decide they want to be short where as being short it is easy to add height very discretly via wearing higher soled shoes and making sure that your posture is held high. Often being shorter people are enclined to not see the neccesity of a good strong posture but it makes a big difference to the appearnce of how short one really is.
