How Can I Stay Motivated On My Weight Loss Plan?!


Question: I started in december and so far it has been very good! I lost close to 20 pounds in less then a month! This month has been stressful though and when i am stressed I eat. Between my girlfriend breaking up with me and losing my best friends to gang violence, it has really hit me hard. I need a way to keep myself motivated and to stop sudden urges to eat when I am upset. any sugestions?

aww i am so sorry take classes like kick boxing so you can get rid of your stress and anger but still work out or go out for a jog to clear you mind and stress but again still loose weight

u need to replace eating with something new. u need to get over the stressful eating fast considering that life is full of stress. so there is no way out.

instead jog, read, throw rocks into a pond etc
