This is the easiest, cheapest, best tasting smoothie i know! I make it all the time and you can always change it up a little depending on what fruits you have etc.

-a handful of ice cubes (3 or 4 maybe)
-yogurt (if you want to cut down on sugar, go with plain but if you want better taste go with strawberry or french vanilla)
-frozen or fresh berries, including strawberries, . NOTE: going out and buying all these fresh fruits can be quite expensive and they can go bad, so what i do is buy a big bag of frozen mixed berries containing blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries and then if i have em, i add fresh strawberries.
-one ripe banana, sliced or just brozen into chunks with your hands
-milk and/or 100% juice (add as little or as much as you like so you can control the thickness of your smoothie)

Put the ice cubes and yogurt in a blender. Pulse and blend them until the ice cubes are crushed pretty well. If you have a fridge that dispenses crushed ice, use that to save time! Throw in the yogurt, berries and banana, and a bit of milk or juice. Blend it up really well. If it doesn't blend through, just take a spoon and stick it right now and mix the unblended stuff down and blended stuff up. Add more juice or milk if you'd like it thinner, and remember you can always add different fruits and juices to give it a different flavour! Good luck really hope you like the recipe :)

1/2 of orange juice, 1/2 of yogurt, half of a banana and 4-6 strawberries, blend until smooth!

Proud to say I am a "smoothie diva". Many of my son's (10 yr old) friends say "WOW these are awesome!".
No recipe needed you simply throw some frozen fruit (I use the mixed berries at Costco or mango usually, maybe a cup or so), a little ice, milk or water (just a tad), some (about 6 oz.) vanilla yogurt, a banana (makes it creamy), and protein powder (also from Costco). I also throw in some wheat germ and a capsule of dried acai (for the mega nutrients & anti-oxidants). Usually it fills up my blender & makes enough for 4 - 8 oz. glasses. Tasty, creamy & healthy!
Experiment w/different fruits, extracts (vanilla or almond),
nutrient powders, etc. to get different flavors.

Here are some great one's on this website, there are some like "orange vanilla" and "very berry", really yummy, I have tried most! They are healthy and low calorie, they also have the nutrition information on each of them!!

Good luck!!!

I agree with the above answers. Try crunchy peanut butter, for a nutty taste. Might sound gross, you might like it.
