Help me lose weight!?!


Question: Will you lose more weight if you eat 500 calories or 1200 calories? I dont want any answers like "Dont go below 1200" i just want honest answers.

I know its probably the answer you dont want but 1200.

Trust me, 500 is not enough for your body to run on !
Just like a train or car, your body needs the right amount, and type of fuel so yeah.

Also, use your calories wisely, eat healthy, and enjoy it :)

ummm, don't you want to try any other way of losing weight. I heard adding green tea in your diet can help you lose weight. not only that, but it is also good for your health. It can help in the circulation of your blood, it's anti-aging because of the anti oxidants and its anti-cancer.

Seriously restricting calories will send your body into 'starvation mode' and your body will try to hold onto weight as much as possible. You need to raise your metabolism by exercise and a proper diet. Get a good night's sleep, also; your body needs that repair time. Good luck :)

you just won't endure 500 for more than a day, even if you lay down all the day long and do nothing. You will binge the next day. You need 1000 only to live if you don't do anything, that is - do not move, lay down or sit down day and night, do not waste any energy. You start with 1000 and add some for any activity you perform, and this is how they create a daily calorie intake for you. Since you work/study/cook/clean/wash/move/walk I would not recommend even going below 1000. 1200 is a good idea.

yes but its better to do lot of heavy workouts and drink more fresh juices... i think that the below website will help you to find the right solution.
