Working out tips needed? Urgent for my situation.?!


Question: I weigh at 136 lbs, am 5'3", fairly athletic, can do 25 pushups without stopping, can do 50 squats without stopping, can do 40 situps without stopping, run at least 3-5 miles a week at school, can bench 80-95 lbs, lift 20 lb weights in each hand (30 times), and muscles show when I flex. All I know is that I should go back to karate (was almost a black belt [7-8 years there]), and work my butt off! My style is Tang Soo Do, a more present style of Tae Kwon Do. So, how much do you think I should work out, how long a day I should do whatever to make me buff and impressive? I need to lose extra skin and get a 6-pack! I am currently in middle school (8th grade). I know I sound crazy, but I'm crazy to be strong. Need tips por favor!

my advice would be to keep doing what you are doing...
you are still going to grow alot and that stuff will come.

but also, stay in your karate, its always good to keep in awesome shape by almost dying.

also, you could even run more. then you could join cross country next year, and be in even better shape.
