Question: My weight :[ , I just seem to be able to keep up a healthy balanced diet never mind a weight loss diet! I always want to binge.. Apart from this im So happy with everything!

i understand where your comming from. I say try new food. food different from what you eat now healthier foods. you may surprise yourself and actually like a few of them. The reward? you like them, and thier healthy. And keep up activly the weight shall come right off.

Try this :

Hot tea with splenda.
Mangos (theyre sweet and yumy, but healthy =])
Kiwis
And Vegetables.
red peppers are nice snacks
salads
pretzels
vege broth soup


avoid: FAST FOOD.
trust me it helps!

As for your question, eat high carb foods, that will stop your cravings. And hit the gym a couple of times a week.

do slimming world Gord, it actively encourages you to binge.

quite frankly though, you dont deserve to be happy you miserable scottish sod. lower my taxes dammit!!!!

this was hard for me to overcome as well. You just have to buckle down and control your portions. Try eating 4 to 5 smaller meals a day so that you trick yourself into thinking that you are eating more frequently. I just take it one day at a time. Weight watchers has worked for me. I had about 30 pounds to loose after having my son and I now have 8 to go to reach my goal of 115. On WW, you can eat whatever you want and pretty much eat all the veggies you want. You can do it!
