Exercise is FREE ! Walking, running, jogging. You can lift logs, do push ups, sit ups crunches, climb the stairs. Don't be brainwashed that you need a gym to exercise.

you can't use food stamps for health centers.

call your local progams who govern food stamps and ask about different centers you can use.

but nothing is more free than going out for a nice jog.

Walking, running, pullups, pushups, situps, are all free, and you can keep in killer shape with just these.

try..taebo (you if you got internet) youtube 13min video taebo do.

2. Run outside..job
3.Try swimming pool is open for free sometimes in public pools.
4.Sit ups ,push ups.

You can do push-ups and sit-ups at home for free. While watching TV at home, when the commercials come on, alternate between push-ups and sit-ups. That won't cost you a dime. There are other excersizes you can do at home like that, all for free.

You don't have to go to a gym to work out....Get some gallon water bottles as weights (if you can't afford regular dumbbells) Go mall-walking as a cardio work out or something similar. Everyday things can be used as work out items!

you dont always need that expensive equipment.

its nice to go to a gym but just jogging and doing crunches works good, but if your looking on bulking up like muscles in the arms i would talk to the plce where you get the stamps and see what they say. or maybe you can find a used at home gym on craigslist,or a cheap used one, or even just weights.

: )

Get yourself a yoga ball and a resistance band, very inexpensive. You can also do stuff like lunges, split squats, calf raise on steps, single leg deadlifts for the lower body. For your triceps u can do dips with a chair, push ups for your chest and biceps. There are lots of options.

Go to your local bookstore and flip through some of the mens fitness magazines. They are full of gym and non gym workouts and if you can afford to buy a couple.

Pushup, crunches and running outside are free. If its good enough to be a staple for the Armed Forces, then it's good enough for you.
