Try running or swimming. Do it as hard as you can, as long as you can, as often as you can.

Any kind of cardio burns calories (running, jogging, biking, etc.), but strength-training with weights creates muscle, which burns calories even when you aren't doing anything! So, as long as you do some type of activity, you'll be on the right track.

Also, don't forget to cut down on calories, so that you'll have less calories to burn! But don't get carried away, since people who are doing consistent exercise need around 1000-1500 calories a day to keep their metabolism working.

Instead focus on what you eat and give your body time to burn it of. No meals after 7. Hardy but not healthy breakfast, morning 30 minute walk or jog, light lunch and early dinner, with as many snacks as you want through out the day but none over 100 calories. get at least 8 hours of sleep, eat lots of vegies and fruits, but not to much starch dairy of fats. eat plenty of fiber and get lots of calcium and vitimin c. never eat more than 2000 calories in a single day. follow these steps exactly and i guaranty you will become very very healthy.
