Yes it will go away, in about a week probably...your stomach needs to shrink.

You're not getting enough calories! Eat meat

yes it will just give it time

Yeah, it is usual for you to be hungry after small meals that diets offer.

Yeah its going to be uncomfortable for a while, maybe sometimes hard to concentrate but it'll pass in time.

Try eating fiber rich foods and veggies. They will make you feel full longer. Drink a lot of water. Sometimes you fell hungry when you are really thirsty.

Yes,its natural.

you may also be mentally used to eating more so portion control is messing with you, start putting on hot sauce or soy sauce, or other low cal condiments so that you are mentaly more satisfied at the end, stats support this

If you are in the mindset that it is a "diet" you will either be good or be bad. Think of it as eating healthy to fuel your body. If you are eating the right number of calories and are still feeling hungry, try eating bulky foods so that for the same calories you get more volume, such as baby carrots, cooked broccoli, whole grain cereals, or popcorn. Eat 2 of these things and then drink a few cups of water. You should be full. Remember to tell yourself that you are eating enough, and not technically starving. You should ever really feel hungry while trying to lose weight (I never have). Just eat small meals all day long and get a minimum of 6 cups of water..

Drink water a glass or two.

the same reason i am

How about a nice, greasy pork sandwich served in a dirty ashtray?

Because , your brain hormones tell that you need more food because you use to eat more and your body is familiar with that. you will feel better soon.try calorie shifting diet , learn more here. http://www.squidoo.com/fatloss4idiotsord...
