How to lose love handles ?!
Question: Trying to find a way to lose my love handles without losing other weight in the process.
i'm a very tall and skinny guy and just recently got to the target weight i want, but still need to cut out those obliques.
any tips ?

- sit ups on an exercise ball
- using cables do 'wood chopper' exercises
- squats really strengthen your core as well.
- push ups work great as well but when you are 'up' lift one arm straight ahead. alternate sides, this really works your midsection as well and firms up the abs and also targets the obliques.

do push ups everyday!
and go on high proteins!
side arches and crunches? that might help
The only solution is to build abdominal muscle. Fat cannot be "spot-reduced." That is a myth perpetuated by gimmickey weight-loss devices. You can maintain your target weight by building muscle and burning fat--just not from one specific area.
