Answers: please help.

Try Isagenix. It's a cleansing program that helps you lose weight fast and cleanse your body of toxins. You can do a 9 day program or a 30 day program which consists of a few cleanse days where you drink the cleanse 4 life drink which is actially good- try the tropical paradise- then the other days you drink shakes- chocolate is my favorite- eat snacks which are tiny wafers but they help, you can even have one of their chocolates-Isadelight. Go to http://4cleanse.isagenix.com to read more about it or order the products. There's more to it, but that's the general overview of it.Let me know if I can answer any questions, I've lost about 12 pounds in 9 days and I felt great!

Get Off YAHOO ANSWERS and go for a nice long walk.

I have been running for 8 years now and say that running is a lifestyle. It has definitely helped me maintain a healthy bodyweight. If you feel comfortable doing this, I would recommend the following:

I would strengthen the core: calves, quads, hams, back and abdominal (the "six pack" muscles along with the obleks), chest and arms. But when strengthening these muscles, I would focus more on the muscle endurance not the muscle bulk. For more advice for this, I would consult with a personal trainer. For the running part, I would stay flexible as it helps/contributes to your balance (so do the muscles in your core) but also helps prevent some injuries like pulled muscles and shin splints. Also, I would try to make up a schedule where you can run for X amount of days and try to have a long run. I would start off slowly, running about 2-3 miles per run for the first week and increase my mileage per week. Make sure you have the following: a good diet, hydration, sleep, a good sense on how to take care of your body, and sleep.

Diet is crucial to losing weight. Eat healthy: fruits, veggies, healthy carbs... If you are thinking "Yeah... right, I can't do it," trust me you'll get used to it. Drink water and low-sugar fruit drinks. The rest is somewhat self-explainitory, contact me if you want to talk to me about it. Good Luck!!!

try slimfast. make a meal plan the day before. dont skip meals, and eat five times a day, every 3 hrs. smaller meals than your used to. if you want quick weight loss, have slimfast at your weakest moment of the day, and put all the food u want for the day in a conainer and dont pull anything else out to eat but wats in it. exercise is also crucial. do weight training to bring up metabolism, so after your diet you will still have a speedy metabolism at work

try not to eat a lot of sweets or junk food. thats a given. but just because you start to control your diet doesnt mean you would start to lose weight. its required to also do some sort of a physical activity along with it to lose weight. you could just walk 30 minutes to about an hour everyday. keep constant with your physical training/exercise. do situps/crunches. dont lay around after you eat but sit up or move around. drink lots of water. the best way to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF is to lose fat slowly. altho it would take you longer to lose the weight, it would be a lot harder gain back again. so make sure you have a constant healthy diet. eating the right foods would also improve your skin and health. best of luck to u

always eat healthy and exercise. :)

Decrease portion sizes and increase water, fruit, veggie, nut, fiber, and lean meat intake. Join a gym and do cardio (burns calories) and weight training (builds muscle which burns more calories). Alternate your sets with different numbers of reps at different weights. Make it a point to get 8-10 hours of sleep a night. Try to avoid stress because cortisol, the stress hormone, is fattening.
