I used to be overweight for my height. (like 150 pounds and I'm 5'6). Well, now I'm 128 pounds and this is how I lost the weight. I noticed that I would always eat a lot while watching TV late at night. I would always have like a candy bar or bag of chips in my hands. So then I bought this acne moisturizer and whenever I felt the urge to eat, I'd moisturize the mild acne my forehead. It really seemed to work! Then I got an MP3 player and started riding my bike listening to music. That helped a lot too and I even started eating healthier too. I'm 14, by the way, and only need to loose 8 more pounds :) And if you don't have any acne, buy a 100% cocoa butter stick. They are awesome all over the body moisturizers.

well i eat like 4 to 5 times a day plus the extra things and i only weigh 120 pounds. its probably because i do alot of sports especially swimming and water polo and im also hyper so im always jumping around. i cant really stay still lmao!!!

work out for AT LEAST a half hour a day. then eat only vegetables and healthy stuff. also run a mile. i did this everyday, eventually you start to lose weight. but one thing is for sure. no matter what you do, even if you don't exercise, do not eat soda or candy or greasy foods. NOT A GOOD CHOICE!!!

I wish i had the answer to gain weight, its freaken impossible, how DO you gain weight? i eat just as much as people who are fat and i gain nothing, but when i skip one freaken meal, i lose 5 pounds. How do people get fat? Only thing i can think of is they are RICH and CAN afford THE GOOD HEARTY MEALS, unlike me. TEACH ME!!!!

First of all there are a lot of ways to lose weight. Bottom line is if you have a bigger bone structure no omatter what you do, you will be bigger. Period. No amount of dieting can make a big boned girl look skinny. Eating healthy like no doughnuts branmuffins etc. will keep you cellulite of your butt. Whatever basically you eat read READ READ the labels. The bigger the list the more the calories and junk. And walking and exercising. CONSISTENTLY. Its not something you can do once in a while. These will keep you healthy and fit and thin.
