What are some healthy meals to eat?!


Question: What are some healthy, but easy meals I can make and eat?
Meals that don't have that much fat...meals that can be good for my weight and health...or any type of healthy food...please help...

Here is a website with great healthy, low calorie and mostly low fat recipe's, they are pretty easy to make too! I've tried most and they're great so far! There are breakfast idea's/recipe's, lunch, dinner and snacks/dessert!!!

Hope this gives you some good idea's, good luck! I also don't think you're going on a diet, it sounds like you are just trying to eat healthy and that is great! You're never too young to start eating healthy, and pasta is very bad and high in fat so don't listen to that other person!

Well, teens are usually not supposed to go on diets, but you said different. Eat pasta, but not to much. It's because of the carbohydrates. If you eat too much, it will convert to fat. The reason why we need carbs is because when you burn fat and calories, you are also burning carbs. But if you don't eat enough carbs, your body will substitute carbs with protein. Usually teens who are protein deficient tend to grow slower than other teens. Is this Sidni Sprenkle? I go to your school.
And you should make sure you get protein from lean meat.
