That's freaking fine, dude. Don't worry about calories so much. Just work out a few times a week and don't pig out all the time. You'll be fine.

if your active you will burn those just every day

i eat 4000 cals aday but im fairly active, i play basketball atleast 1hour a day and workout...

2000-2500 is the recommended daily caloric intake for men. So you're fine.

only if you dont exercise if u are active dont worrie about it and if u dont start exercising

for a dude, u have to eat 2000 calories per day
for women its like 1500-1800 or something

no mre youeat the more you will lose because of your metabolism heres a plan eat 5 small meals a day except 3 big ones and it doesnt meen go eat all you want ten thousand calories a day thats 5:7 of a pound you ate today 3500 is a pound

its actually not that bad. If your a guy you need more calories a day anyways. Id try cutting down to like 1300 calories a day and doing about 30 minutes of exercise. Definately stay above 1000 calories. if you cut below that you start jepardizing your heath! good luck
