Diet meat tuna, how to prepare it?!


Question: So I have been hearing tuna in things to eat when building muscle, and that I should get albacore tuna...

I have this chunk light tuna is that ok too??? Guess I gotta go back to the store :(

How do I prepare it tho without it being to fatty I mean I don't want to slather it in mayo...

Get non-fat mayonoise.

mix it with the tuna, however much you want, because its non-fat...

Also, it's really good when you like... chop celery up into litle pices and put it in the tuna.

I really like Tuna with salad... it's just really good. I had a salad last night with tuna. It was good.

Also, if you want to build musce, then It wouldn't be that bad to worry about eating some fatty foods...When you exercise, fat converts into muscle. But obviously you don't want to eat lots of unhealthy fatty foods. Just like... some is okay.

Take an English muffin.....a little butter......put tuna on it, and a slice of cheese.....and microwave for about 20 seconds.

have it with scrambled eggs on a lightly toasted muffin.
