you are too young. Just try to stay away from junk food if you really want to, and exercise. You will be ok, you are not that big.

be happy with yourself. Confidence shows more of an image than image does.

all u have to do is exercise a little more and watch what u eat. its that simple. and u can also see if ur parents want to join a gym and u guys can do a family thing like that!

lay off the sweets, chocolate, fried stuff, soda & refined sugars
if you cant get to a gym, workout at home, do situps, pushups, and jog around your neighborhood. if you start eating healthier, no fast food then you should see some results quickly. you should be eating fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lots and lots of water. it hydrates you and flushes toxins out of your system which could be holding that weight you want to lose so badly. you will feel so much better just eating right and it will motivate you once you start seeing results.
good luck!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

First off, let me start by saying that is harder than people think!

Secondly, think of what you can eat instead of what you shouldn't eat.
-Start small. I know it would be nice to have things change over night, but starting small will help.
-So, for the first week, try eliminating your favorite junk food/sweet/ice cream, what ever it may be
-In place of what you are eliminating, add a healthy, but still good substitute like yogurt (get the light kind though!)
-depending on your schedule and how you like things, try 6 small meals throughout the day or a solid three good meals. Some people think one is better than another, but honestly, its a personal preference.. what ever you can stick to and make work!

as for exercise, do something you enjoy so you will stick to it! Don't think it has to be too strenuous.. yoga, take a self defense class, do something that makes you feel good.
Keep a journal, meditate, etc.. these types of things have been known to stimulate your mind and help boost self esteem and overall health. (It was on Oprah last week with Doctor Oz!)

Just try eliminating thinks over time, and also remember things like salad dressing and bacon bits and that extra cheese on salads are killers! Just because something may look healthy, doesnt mean it is!

*As for what I like...opinion wise.. smart ones (tv dinners, ice cream sandwiches, mini cakes) are amazing! They are part of the weight watchers program and are still delicious!
