Question: im 13 4'9 or 4 '10 weigh 85lb im not fat like in stomach area i just wanna lose love handels u know fat around hips how do i do that? also fat from thighs...

you dont need to lose weight, but if you want to tone up your "love handles", you could incorporate a LIGHT oblique focused exercise.

Your obliques are worked whenever you twist or bend side-to-side. An easy exercise used by many trainers is to put a broom stick behind your neck, across your shoulders and hold it up with your hands. Then simply twist down so that your right shoulder points more towards the ground. Then alternate and twist so that your left shoulder is pointing down. Repeat.

You should be careful to focus the attention on your obliques to avoid hurting your back.

You're just a little below average. You're fine. Don't worry about it. You don't even need to lose weight

everyone thinks they need to tone up, you are fine stop worring and love life

you do sit ups but you do them to the left and right

if u weigh 85lb your certainly not overweight infact your underweight for some on of ur age dont lose anymore.

you need some fat on you to keep you warm in the winter, you silly little 85-lb person.

Forget about it. You will lose them as you continue to grow. Eat a healthy diet, avoid junk food and exercise. Healthy chics look cut and hot.

umm no ur r probably on the boarder of a very sexy stomach 2 way 2 skinny. nd i doubt u r suffering from fat thighs wiehting 89 lbs. u r under 4'11'' though (legally a midget not trying 2 make fun) but dnt worry abt ur love handles u r still going through puberty u still have a lot of time to grow in many diffrent way and shrink in otherz. i.e. ur love handles

take a kick boxing class - fun wieght to loose that stubborn fat - you 13 - too young too be going on diets and trying to achieve the perfect body. Go outside and be a kid!

you should probably just leave it as you grow taller they should be gone because your growth spert is about to happen (the 1st one out of two, the second one happens when you are a round 21 or 22) so yah just leave it

if your only 13, only 4'10" and only weigh 85lbs then there is no chance i nthe world that you have any fat cells in your body and the only thing id be worrying about if i were you is getting some more meat on those bones

honestly, if you think your not skinny then go lose the weight. stop trying to get peoples opinions, no matter what the people over the internet say, we arent going to boost your self esteem with your body. you look so pathetic when you ask a question like this. why do you need everyones opinion when you can have your own? we are just internet people, nothing more and nothing less. woohoo, you think your fat. who gives a s h i t, like seriously. im not trying to b i t c h you out, but its stupid when you tell people you think your fat even though you probably arent. whats sad is, you probably really are skinny but youve told yourself so much that you are fat that you believe it. you lied to yourself and now your brain believes it. why dont you say something positive about yourself?

Your 85 pounds,I honestly don't think you should worry about losing weight or anything.Your very tiny as it is.
