Mkay, anorexia isnt the way to go, so how do i loose weight by MAY 30, 2008?!?!?!


Question: I'm going to my home-state in the summer, and i'm soo excited! Well, clearly I'm gonna be in the sun, and waters, and i need to loose like idk 100 pounds? or 95? I'm 5'3'' and 12 years old. I weigh a lot needless to say, otherwise i wouldnt be asking this question. But, i gotta do it the old fashion way...by.....sweatingg. :( yuckk. But yea, how many sit ups will i have to do A DAAAY, to loose that much by May 30th????

I don't know how's your diet or anything. Reducing the amount of suger and fat you ingest (you should reduce it slowly, not all of a sudden) as well as walking, doing sit-ups and other stuff everyday might help a lot. However, don't go and start exercising like crazy. If you are a beginner, you should start with an easy level, so to speak. That means, doing 250 sit-ups on the first day is a crazy thing to do and it might be very bad for your health. Besides, getting thinner too fast won't give your skin time to adapt and it'll look like a bulldog's. That is definitely not your goal. So start as soon as possible and do a little more every day, so that you won't risk getting ill or something.

There isn't a safe way to lose that much weight by May 30th. If you're serious about losing weight, you should get a gym membership and start eating healthy. Sit ups, by the way, won't help you lose weight- they will only tone UNDER the fat.

This 7 day eating plan can be used as often as you like. If correctly followed it will clear your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being as never before. After only 7 days of this process you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 possibly 17 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy and can continue on the plan as long as you like. This diet is fast and fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. NO DRINKING ALCOHOL ON THIS DIET. Because everyones digestive system is different this diet will affect everyone differently. After being on this diet for several days you will find that your bowel movements have changed. If you are struggling then eat a cup of bran or fibre.

NO:
Bread, alcohol, carbonated beverages (including soft drinks of any kind), fried foods or oils.
YES:
Plenty of water along with combination of the following: black coffee, unsweetened tea, unsweetened fruit drinks, cranberry juice and skimmed milk.

BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP:
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
3 large onions
1 large can of beef broth
1 pkt vegetable soup mix dry
with 1 pt of water
1 bunch of celery
1 can or fresh bunch of green beans
1 green pepper
2lb of carrots
1/2 pint of water or oxo
season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley or hot sauce.
cut veggies into small to medium pieces. Cover with water and boil for 10 mins. Reduce to simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender. Add beef broth, canned tomatoes and vegetable soup (made up according to packet instructions) add 1/2 pint of water to mix with oxo etc.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are hungry. Eat as much as you want, whenever you want. This soup will not add calories, the more you eat, the more you lose.

DAY 1
any fruit except bananas. Cantelope and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Eat only soup and fruit today and have a big salad.
DAY 2
eat all vegetables. Eat until you are stuffed with all the fresh raw or canned veggies. Try to eat green leafy vegetables and stay away from dry beans peas or corn. eat veggies along with the soup. At dinnertime tonight, reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter, with a salad. DO NOT eat ANY fruit today.
DAY 3
eat all the soup, fruit and veggies you want. Do not have a baked potato today. If you have eaten the above for three days without cheating you should have lost 5-7lbs.
DAY 4
Eat at least 3 bananas and drink as much skimmed milk as you can today along with your soup. bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates as is the milk, but you need the potassium and carbs today.
DAY 5
you may have 10 to 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes or as many as 6 tomatoes today. Eat the soup at least once today.
DAY 6
Eat beef and veggies to your hearts content today. You can even have 2-3 steaks if you like! with green leafy vegetables. No baked potato though and be sure to eat the soup at least once today.
DAY 7
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit and veggies. Again be sure to stuff yourself with the soup.

IF EATEN ALONE FRO AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME YOU WILL SUFFER MALNUTRITION

Well, my main advice is - do cardio. That's anything that gets you moving. From soccer, basketball, hiking, running (the treadmill)...just about anything. Anything that gets you sweating a lot, because sweat is the unneeded fats and stuff in your body coming out.

For me, I take Krav Maga for cardio. I sweat a lot, so I always get a really good workout each time. It does cost some money, but you'll get in shape AND learn how to defend yourself at the same time. But I would suggest running or something like that. Some kind of sport you're interested in. Just do that for about 45 mins. - 1 hour a day and you should lose a good amount of weight.

BTW, why do you wana wear Abercrombie? It's such a rip off. You can get the same style clothing from Kohl's. They just make you pay $90 extra for writing "Abercrombie" on it. Not a smart way to spend your money.

run for your life, theres no other way, diets are slow and often unhealthy anyway.

eat a balanced diet, and

if your overweight try swimming to prevent knee damage.

do it now!

if you do what you've always done you'll get what you've always gotten!

okay so this isn't going to be easy. and you can not, i repeat CAN NOT, cheat.

Limit each day to about 1200 calories, consisting of fruits and vegetables, non-processed foods, lean protein (the frozen dinners called lean cruisine have great lean protein and contain a lot of fiber, which is good), and water. LOTS of water. Screw all the soda, sugary drinks, which means no chocolate milk or sprite or even fruit juices (although juices like orange juice are okay, they don't contain a lot of sugar)

stop eating white bread, stick with wheat. and stay away from the pasta as best as possible.

if you're not a big fan of just plain fruit, then try this. take your favorite fruit (bananas are mine) and freeze 'em. That way it takes you longer to eat and you'll feel fuller

and now that we got the diet down, lets get to the exercise part-

4 days a week, do any type of cardio. cardio can mean running/walking (i hate running, so i do a fast paced walk) for 30-50 minutes, swimming, bicycling, or anything that makes your heart rate speed up.

then 5 days a week, including the days while you're doing your cardio, do strength training. this means getting down on the floor and doing any thing that could strengthen those muscles- splits, torso twists, ext. do that for maybe 20-30 minutes.

then 2 days (on the days where you're not doing cardio) do weight lifting. if you're not into the big, macho muscles, then do less weight and more reps. this means do hmm.. what's a good example? okay bicep curls with 5 pound weights in each hand 20 times, for 3 reps. instead of sticking with the big 30 pounder weights, stick with 5-10 instead.

definatly dont starve yourself.
write down all the calories you eat everyday, so that you do not overeat.
to find out how many calories you can eat, and stay at the same weight, take your weight and add ten to it, and then multiply by ten.
Lets say this comes out to be 1800. If you only eat 1500calories one day, you have lost a little weight. (3500 calories is a pound)
Now lets say that you eat only 1500 cals and you burn 500 at the gym. That day you have only 1000 calories total. So you lost 2 tenths of a pound.
If you do it this way, and loose 2pounds a week, max, it is healthy and will be easier to keep of the weight.

do lots of exercise. as for sit ups start by doing as many as u can do. then round that down and do that many per day. once that becomes easy do an extra 10. remember to do this everyday. also do the same thing with push ups. if you are really committed then do that and eat healthy and exercise often. if you slip out you'll might not get back on track. Never say "i don't feel like doing it today, maybe tomorrow. You can do it if you stay committed and once u loose that weight then youll have a great sense of accomplishment. you might not be able to do it by May 30th but you can do it. don't give up

Start exercising!! Walk a couple miles a day (really WALK, don't stroll), start lifting weights (you can use 1# cans of veggies,to start, then add water to empty milk jugs--this way you don't need to buy weights. Eat sensibly. Concentrate on fresh fruits & veggies, go for fish & chicken & even pork rather than beef, & avoid fried foods. Keep your calories between 1200-`1500 per day. Allow yourself a treat now & then. I always found that if I picked one day a week to eat something I craved, I could stay strong the rest of the week. Don't try to lose too much too fast. Initial loss will be primarily water, then loss will slow down. Don't freak at a plateau. Keep doing your program & it will kick up again. If you have a bad day, shrug it off & start over--don't give up & start eating the entire refrigerator. Keep your hands busy--learn to knit or something, because just sitting can encourage grazing.
