Does anyone know how to do good PUSH-UPS and SIT-UPS ???? some techiinquues?!


Question: Pushups are fairly simple, but the mistake most people make is not doing them in good form and wondering why they are not seeing results, some pointers when doing pushups, make sure that your back is flat not curved up or down, this incorporates your abs to try and keep your body straight. Also when going through the motions go down to where your nose is about 2 inches above the ground, then back up. Do pushups in good form makes all the difference. Situps also require good form, i suggest making sure you have someone holding your feet down when you do them. also concentrate on using all your strength to bring yourself up and then just let yourself fall back to the ground, this conserves energy and allows you to do more situps. Also starting out you can put your hands at your ears instead of behind your head and then when they start to get easier move to behind the head.
