Should I go running today?!


Question: I just started running on Wednesday 2 miles everyday after school and I went Thursday and Friday. Should I go today or do some different work outs/cardio on the weekends? if so what exercises do I do

You should definitely go running. Keep it up, and try and do some running everyday. :)

If you aren't used to doing exercise consider taking a day off to rest/stretch. Many people who aren't used to exercises tend to get overworked by trying to do too much too fast, things like shin splints. Don't underestimate warmup stretching and cooldown stretching as they are very important
