My Multivitamin and Focus Formula Pills...side effects?!

Question: These are the pills I take daily

Multivitamin w/o Iron

Focus Formula

.jsp?productId=2133867&
cp&kw=focus+formula&
origkw=focus+formula
+&sr=1

Sometimes I take them with or after a meal and sometimes before. For some reason, right after taking them, I become unusually tired. Sometimes it even makes me go to sleep. Whenever I don't take them, however, I feel fine.
What I would like to know is the cause of this. Ingredients and minerals of the products can be viewed by copying and pasting the links in your URL bar.
I would also like to know, what exactly the focus formula does. Is it addictive? If I stop taking it, will it do harm to my mentality? Thanks in advance

Sounds like you are having a allergic reaction to some of the ingredients ~ however, although i'd love to help you, the links that you have given must be missing a character cos they don't work?

???With the multi without iron in it, unless you are getting 10 - 15 mg per day of iron rich foods you will be suffering from fatigue and exhaustion, dizzy spells, fainting and loss of balance and also a pale complexion ~ iron deficiency anaemia.

A good way to check if you are iron deficient is to pull down the bottom lid of your eyelids and see it's coloring. pasty and pale looking would indicate iron deficiency anaemia. Reddish or bright pink looking is healthy.

Foods rich in iron are pork, beef, liver, red meat, clams, dried peaches, farina, egg yolks, oysters,nuts, beans, asparagus, spinach,molasses and oatmeal.

I would say that this is more than likely the cause of your fatigue ~ try pumping up your intake of iron rich foods.

Check also to see on the side of the bottle if the have added starch, yeast, gluten, lactose, sugar, aritficial colors or flavours, artificial sweetners or preservatives, dairy products or animal derived products ~ good quality products will have a claimer on the side of the bottle saying that it has none of these in it?as the advertisements on the links don't provide this information ~ this may also be the reason for your fatigue, simply that your body doesn't like one of the ingredients ie ~ perhaps there is an artificial sweetner in it or you are lactose intolerant?? Geez, that's happened to me before and i was exhausted for 3 weeks with a huge bloated tummy before i realised it contained lactose (i'm lactose intolerant)!! How daft am i?

Good luck

I sincerely wish you all the best of health & vitality buddy?
