Well if you want thinner legs and a thinner stomach, then i suggest you do exersizes that work the muscles in your stomach, for example: Sit ups, Plank on your stomach, sit ups and wall sits. If you want to lose some wight in your legs and thighs, then i suggest running, and bike. Bike is probably the best thing that you can do for your thighs. Try those and if those don't help, get a personal trainer! I hope this helped ya!
