Help me lose weight and get taller!!?!


Question: Ok i weigh 139 and im like 5'6 or 5'7 i want to grow a little more so ive been taking vitamins for teens. I hope its been working. i also need the best advice i can get on what to eat. and tips on exercise moves that have worked for you. ive tried to find something that works like diets and exercise moves but geez! no results. and i seriously need to work off these winter pounds! lol!

5' 6">>>> 120-133 >>>>130-144 >>>>140-159

You are within the normal weight range, especially because you're a teenager. Please don't fall victim to your peers and thinking that you need to be exercising your butt off and worrying about counting calories. You're a TEENAGER. There will be times when you're older that you'll wish you hadn't worried about this stuff now.

Go out and have some fun with life instead of worrying about "winter pounds". Seriously.

my sister weighs about the same as you. She trys to stay off the chocolate but doesnt excercise much. She lost 7 LBS this week by only eating an apple and sandwich for lunch and drinking tons of water. so that si what she does--hope this helps!!

Ok, your height is largely genetic. There's no food to make you taller then you are 'supposed' to be. However, if you eat correctly, you will grow to where you are supposed to be (people that don't eat right and/or have bad posture have helped to stunt their own growth)

Oh, and to lose weight: healthy carbs (complex carbs and simple gotten from fruit), lean proteins (like fish and chicken) and healthy fats like nuts and such.
