Exercising tips?!


Question: hello. does anyone know any good exercises for a smaller tummy and thighs. i am currently at my highest weight and i want to be a bit skinnier to fit into nicer clothes.

Cardio is the way to lose fat around the tough areas. Walking, jogging, running.

Swimming, water aerobics or aerobics of any nature....

try not to eat much sugar, lollies, chocolate, ice cream or exess food that you know your body doesn't need. When you do need to eat, have healthy food like water, fruit, and vege's. But make sure you have a good balance of dairy, meat, wheat and veges aswell. Do about 1 hours exercise each day and soon you will look fabulous!

This may not sound like the answer but I assure you it very easily can be.....A SWISS BALL. They are fantastic and easy to use for people of all weights and fitness ranges. They also are easy to use at home meaning no need to leave home and they are fantastic work out even just to sit on. The encourage great posture and stronger thighs and buttox and are actually very comfy to bob on while watching tv.

one min jump rope then dropping and doin twenty sit ups immediatly. do like 5 reps 5 days a week . But the key is cutting down on eating.
