Help!! I need some fast, healthy and easy ways to lose weight before March 21st!!


Question: March 21st is my spring break and I wanna look good in a bikini for when I go swimming and stuff. Does anybody know of anything besides anorexia and bulimia that is a fast and easy way to lose about 10-15 lbs. in 6 weeks?

If you want to do it a healthy way, then all you need to do is cut down your calories, excercise a couple times a week for about 40 minutes, and eat healthy! Be sure to eat lots of fruit, too, and drink plenty of water.

I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

The most important thing is to eat less and exercise more. Also drink a LOT more water per day - water not kool aid, soda or anything else - water.
